The chef's burner features a stylish matte black design with green accents and an ergonomic grip. The included gas canister easily attaches to the chef's burner. The piezo ignition makes ignition easy, and the large gas knob makes it easy to adjust the flame size and intensity. In addition, the burner works at any angle, even upside down. It also has precise flame control, up to a flame length of 150 mm. The Hendi Creme Brulee Burner comes with a gas canister included.
