The OXO Chef`s Mandoline 2.0 SteeL is the perfect kitchen tool for creating all kinds of culinary sensations quickly and easily. The mandoline offers as many as 21 different cutting choices: * Straight * Corrugated * Waffle * French fries * Julienne strips * 17 different cutting thicknesses - from 1 to 9 mm in 0.5 mm increments The angled cutting blade is made of stainless steel, this cuts even soft food without difficulty. The mandolin body and residue holder may go in the dishwasher after use, the blades simply rinse clean with warm water and some dish soap.
